Shipping / returns
-Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of payment being received, unless it is a custom or pre order.
*This time may be slightly extended at peak times, ie Christmas or online market periods.
-Australia post is my main shipping provider, you can select express or regular shipping. These are flat rates.
-For the rest of this year, shipping to Australian addresses will remain at $10 Flat rate express shipping.
- Yes I ship Internationally. If your country isn’t on the drop down menu at checkout, select the 'rest of the world' option.
International 'regular small parcel' is trackable by Australia post.
You may also select 'express'
You will receive an email with your tracking number which you can enter into Tracking
If you don’t see the email right away, please check your junk folder. If it's still not there e-mail me at email@example.com and I can check it for you.
* International and domestic shipping times are a longer than usual at the moment, due to limited flights to get them around the world. Thank you so much for being patient!
-Please choose your items carefully. Returns are not made for chance of mind.
*Plus, the less time in shipping transit the ceramics have to endure, the better :)
-In case of sizing, I am happy to exchange item or give a store credit. Shipping must be paid by the buyer in these cases. The return must arrive in original condition before the exchange is sent out.
-If anything arrives damaged from shipping, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures right away.
