Original Drawings on Paper

Original Artworks by Australian artist Katherine Wheeler. Hand painted with inks, and or watercolours, on hot pressed cotton rag paper. 

Katherine's artworks are inspired by nature, the Victorian coastline, and the bushland surrounding Castlemaine. She focuses on picking up the small details in natural found objects, such as leaves, feathers and seaweeds. She then creates abstract artworks, that represent different locations, the light, feeling, textures and details from an area.
